Kuinka saada kulttuurisokki iskemaan taysilla vasten kasvoja? Aasialaiseen kulttuuriin totuttautuminen vienee aikaa, muttei mahdotonta. Jatkuva vaenpaljous ja sen kaoottinen hyorina, kiinalaiset kirjaimet - joden rinnalla tuskin jatkossa nakyy englantia - ja kaikki muu vaativat viela sopeutumista.
